The Auditor's Office opens its files to the public. These records cover real property valuation complaint filings and Board of Revision hearings.
Due to changes in the law resulting from House Bill 126, the Fairfield County Auditor's Office has created this access point to help address an anticipated increase in public records requests. This self-service page houses a collection of all Board of Revision public record documents — including complaints, counter-complaints, exhibits, and evidence received by the Fairfield County Board of Revision for the current tax year. The data is updated with newly received documentation approximately every 24 hours.
Note: some Google Drive documents could not be fully converted to an accessible format due to scan quality or handwritten content.
