Q: Does the Fairfield County
Utilities Department supply my
electricity or gas?
A: No. We deal strictly with
water and sanitary sewer
services. Consult a neighbor if
you are not sure who handles
your
Electricity.
Q: If I fill my pool, how much
will that raise my sewer bill,
or could I have that amount
deducted from it?
A: Our sewer bill is a flat rate
as designated on the rate table,
and so whether you use 1 cup of
water or 2 million
gallons, the sewer fee will always be the same for
residential customers. This is
due to the fact that not all of
our
customers have water service with us.
Q: Do I send my bill payments to
your office at 210 E Main St. in
Lancaster?
A: No, we do not accept payments
at this office. Send your
payments to:

43130-2221
