ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) AUTO PAY [NEW]
EFT Auto Pay is a convenient payment method that allows customers to automatically withdraw funds from their chosen bank account to pay their utility bill. To sign up for this payment option, complete and sign the registration form linked below. Along with the completed form you will need to include either a voided check or letter of electronic banking information from your financial institution for initial setup. The completed form and banking information can be mailed or dropped off in person at our administrative office located at 6670 Lockville Rd. Carroll, OH 43112.
**PLEASE NOTE: EFT auto pay will NOT be applied to services already billed. EFT auto pay will apply to FUTURE billing only.
