Methods of Payment

Fairfield County Utilities offers several convenient ways to pay your water and sewer bill. Choose whichever works best for you.

Online

Pay by credit card, debit card, or e-check through ACI – Official Payments. Choose Make a Payment in the Local Payments section. You will need Jurisdiction Code 4585.

By Phone

Call ACI – Official Payments at 1-800-272-9829. Select Option 3 (Utility Billing), then Option 1 (Water and Sewer). Have your billing information ready and use Jurisdiction Code 4585.

A night depository accepts check or money order payments day or night.

A convenience fee of $6.55 applies to credit card, debit card, and e-check payments.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Auto Pay New

EFT Auto Pay automatically withdraws funds from your chosen bank account to pay your utility bill. To enroll, complete and sign the registration form below and include either a voided check or a letter of electronic banking information from your financial institution for initial setup. Return the completed form and banking information by mail or in person at our administrative office, 6670 Lockville Rd., Carroll, OH 43112.

Please note: EFT Auto Pay will not be applied to services already billed — it applies to future billing only.
