Jennifer Boggs
serving victims of Fairfield County since 1997
After joining the Prosecutor’s office, Jennifer created and developed the Victim Assistance division within the office. She assists all victims of felony crimes, which includes support, information and referral, and guidance within the criminal process. Prior to joining the office, Jennifer created a victim assistance program for MADD Ohio State Office in Columbus to assist drunk driving crash victms in areas of Ohio which did not have a local MADD chapter.

Maria Schmelzer

Maria assists victims and witnesses of felony crimes through the criminal process.

Michelle Triplett
Serving victims of Fairfield County since 2006
Michelle serves our office as the Victim Assistance Division Clerk. She prepares hearing notifications and post-conviction letters to victims of felony and juvenile crimes.  Michelle assists with the review of Victim Impact Statements, restitution requests, provides information and referrals, and works closely with the victim assistance specialists. Some of her other responsibilities include, public outreach and awareness displays, she assists victims and witnesses during the grand jury process, she maintains our victim resource directory, lending library and more.

Ashley Walters
Serving Fairfield County since 2010
Ashley began serving victims of crime in 2010, first working as a 911 dispatcher with the Pickerington Police Department.  She joined our team in April, 2012, serving victims in her role as a Victim Assistance Specialist, wherein she assists victims and witnesses of felony and juvenile crimes through the criminal justice process.
