NEW EMPLOYEE INFORMATION

New County employees, assisted by their department payroll representative, should complete these forms immediately upon beginning County employment.

If your department does not have a current copy of a form on hand, you can download any of the forms listed below and print them.  You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your PC.

To facilitate establishing new employees in the County's payroll system, please return these forms to the County Auditor's Finance Office within three days of hire.  If any Forms are missing or incomplete, the entire package will be returned to the department for completion.  This may result in the following; postponement of pay and/or ineligibility for insurance benefits.

Be advised that employees shall NOT be granted access to any county computer system until an Application for Central Authentication Identity has been processed.
