Fairfield County Health & Wellness Clinic
Wellness is very important to Fairfield County. For that reason, the county has partnered with Fairfield Medical Center to establish a Wellness Clinic for patients to be seen for many minor illnesses at no charge. The clinic is open to all active Fairfield County employees regardless of enrollment in the county benefit plan and all dependents that are enrolled in the Health Benefits Plan. You must provide identification (i.e., employee badge, driver’s license or identification card) and your health insurance card to be seen at the clinic. The employee health & wellness clinic is located with the First Medical Occupational Health offices at 1199 River Valley Boulevard, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
Phone: 740-689-4404. Appointments are accepted, but not required. Hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am until 4:30pm and Tuesday and Thursday 10am until 5:30pm.
