Free Assistance to Crime Victims                 Victim and witness assistance is provided at no cost and without discrimination.                     The Division receives a grant from the federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Grant Fund, administered by the Ohio Attorney General .                     Money collected from fines imposed on federal crime offenders is the source for the VOCA Fund.                 No taxpayer money is used to provide grants which assist crime victims.
