Commissioner Jeff Fix discusses Venture Place — a 24-unit apartment complex built by the ADAMH Board and operated by Lutheran Social Services. Located next to the Center of Hope, it provides long-term housing and on-site support for Fairfield County residents experiencing homelessness alongside mental health or addiction challenges. The County committed $3 million in federal COVID-relief funds toward the project, helping people move toward a better, more stable path.
