A 10% reduction on your Fairfield County Utilities bill for qualifying senior and veteran customers.
How the SAVA Program works
The SAVA Program provides qualifying Fairfield County Utilities customers with a 10% reduction on their bill. Once your application has been received and approved, the discount continues for as long as you meet the requirements.
Who qualifies
To qualify for the SAVA Program, you must be 65 years of age or older and a part of Ohio's Homestead Exemption with income, or qualify as a veteran. Applicants must provide supporting documentation of Ohio's Homestead Exemption, and the Fairfield County Utilities account must be in the applicant's name.
How to apply
Applications are available through the link on this page, at the Fairfield County Utilities Office, at the Fairfield County Auditor's Office, or at the Fairfield County Veteran Service Office. Submit your completed application to:

The 10% reduction takes effect on the next billing cycle, but no sooner than 10 business days from when the office receives the application.
