Make a payment toward a customer's account balance and send a gift certificate to the customer.
Would you like to donate or pay someone's utility bill?
We now offer gift certificates that can be purchased to make a payment toward a customer's account.
Simply print and complete the gift certificate form, include your check or money order payment, and mail to 6670 Lockville Rd., Carroll, OH 43112. Once we receive your payment, we will immediately apply it to the recipient's account and mail the gift certificate to the recipient's address.
Payment can also be made at our office at 6670 Lockville Rd., Carroll, OH 43112, Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. The recipient will receive the gift certificate by mail.
