Customer Request for Bill Review

Request a review or adjustment of your sewer and water bill.

Please complete the form below if you have experienced unexpected water consumption during a billing period due to a leak in customer-owned plumbing or due to equipment malfunction — we may be able to provide an adjustment.

Appropriate documentation of the leak or equipment malfunction, such as receipts or invoices for repairs, is required. While a request for an adjustment is being evaluated, the customer is responsible for payment of the entire amount due on their utility bills within the normal payment period.

After your request is received, please allow up to 2 weeks for a decision. Plumbing invoices are required for all requested leak adjustments.
