Example: If you want to submit a subdivision application for the March 2, 2026, Regional Planning Commission meeting, you are required to submit a complete application and review fees to the Regional Planning Commission office by February 1, 2026, at the close of business (4:00 p.m.). After that date, the application will not be reviewed until the April 6, 2026, Regional Planning Commission meeting.

Example: If the rezoning application is to be considered at the March 2, 2026, RPC meeting, you must submit your application no later than February 8, 2026, at the close of business. Applications submitted after that date cannot be considered until the next RPC meeting.
