The 2019 State-Mandated reappraisal for Fairfield County is complete and has been reviewed by the State of Ohio.  Over the previous three years, county appraisers have reappraised each property in Fairfield County and updated our records accordingly.  Based upon these guidelines, we have established the 2019 tentative appraised value(s) for your property and are now available for review.  The tentative values can be found on the Auditor’s website or by calling the Auditor’s Real Estate Department at 740-652-7020.

For those parcels where new construction, destroyed property, lot split activity has occurred, the values indicated are subject to change.  In addition, all parcels participating in the Current Agricultural Use Valuation (CAUV) program who submitted new allocations for either Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) or Voluntary conservation areas on their initial or renewal applications are still being processed and are also subject to change.
