PRESS RELEASE (IMMEDIATE RELEASE)
The Fairfield County Engineer’s Office is holding a public meeting on August 13, 2026 at the Greenfield Township Fire Department; 3245 Havensport Road NW; Carroll, OH 43112 to provide information and solicit public comment for the Coonpath Road and Election House Road Intersection Improvement Project. This meeting will be conducted as an open house from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. with a brief project presentation at 5:30 p.m.
The Engineer is proposing to improve the existing intersection at Coonpath Road and Election House Road with the installation of a roundabout. The purpose of this project is to improve safety and reduce congestion at this intersection. The project is tentatively scheduled to be constructed during the 2028 construction season.
