Section C. I consent to being questioned by any Community Control Officer. I consent to searches of my person, my property, my vehicle, and my residence at any time without a warrant. I understand this includes common areas and areas that are exclusive to me.

And I voluntarily and knowingly agree to consent to such searches, as listed in the above condition of Community Control, of the residence listed above, where the above listed probationer lives. This agreement is in support of the above listed probationer and his/her agreement with the Fairfield County Probation Department.
I further understand that I may withdraw my permission to item C. To do so, I must notify the Fairfield County Probation Department, in writing, of my withdrawal. Once I withdraw my consent, I understand that the above listed probationer must find a different residence so the above listed probationer can be in compliance with his/her community control agreement.
I also understand that by signing this document, I expressly waive my Constitutional Rights under the Fourth Amendment to a search of my residence and property as it applies to common areas shared with the above listed probationer and areas that are exclusive to the above listed probationer.
