Example:
If you want to submit a subdivision application for the May
4,
2010,
Regional Planning Commission meeting, you are required to submit a
complete application and review fees to the Regional Planning
Commission office by April 2,
2010,
at the close of business (4:00 p.m.). After that date, the
application will not be reviewed until the June 1,
2010,
Regional Planning Commission meeting.

Example:
If the rezoning application is to be considered at the February 3,
2009, RPC meeting you must submit your application no later than
January 12, 2009, at the close of business. Applications submitted
after that date cannot be considered until the next RPC meeting.
RPC
Calendar
The
Regional Planning Commission has its regularly scheduled meeting the
first Tuesday of each month. The Planning Commission meets in
the Commissioner's hearing room located on the third floor of the
Fairfield County Courthouse (210 East Main Street in Lancaster).
Meetings start at 7:30 PM.
