The Fairfield County Clerk of Courts attempts to disburse all restitution checks to victims at their last known address.  If these funds are returned due to an insufficient address, the funds could be transferred to the Fairfield County Treasurer's Office general fund.  (All funds are transferred to the general fund account once a year.)  If you find you have funds due to you, regarding restitution or for any another reason, follow the procedures for each of these offices to claim.
